Container Layout = Customizer Setting – which is set to Normal in the Appearance Customizer
(Customizing -> Page -> Single Page – GENERAL – Container Layout is set to Normal)
Sidebar Layout = Customizer Setting which is set to Right Sidebar in the Appearance Customizer
(Customizing -> Page -> Single Page – GENERAL – Sidebar Layout is set to Right Sidebar)
NOTE: Sidebar will only apply when container layout is set to normal!
